• We are seeking a visionary Director of Growth to spearhead the acceleration of the brand’s growth through strategic optimization and expansion of customer acquisition and retention channels. • 5+ years of performance or growth marketing experience, managing ad spend greater than $50,000 per day on Meta. • Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. • Utilizes a robust analytical framework for evaluating data, turning insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable outcomes. • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners. You should be able to articulate ideas clearly, build strong relationships, and align cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives. • Demonstrates a proven track record in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams toward achieving collective and individual goals. • Experience and knowledge of e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, along with a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape. You should be familiar with online retail trends, customer behavior, and industry best practices to drive growth and optimize the customer journey in an e-commerce environment. • Possesses a deep understanding of direct response marketing principles and the intricacies of crafting high-converting creatives for scaling paid media channels, specifically Meta. • Shows a strong capacity for adapting strategies and tactics quickly in response to changing market conditions, new opportunities, and feedback.
