Description

• Provide technical guidance to staff • Mentor junior staff • Participate in Identity and Access Management functions • Create and implement technical configurations • Maintain equipment inventory • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support • Act as escalation point for junior staff • Rapidly solve medium to high complexity technical problems • Ensure user accounts are accurately set up and configured • Participate in account management audit activities • Provide Service Desk hotline assistance • Log work requests in real-time • Resolve medium to complex technical problems • Respond to user requests for information • Install software and hardware • Provide business partner training • Perform off-hour maintenance and upgrades • Lift, carry, and move materials • Responsible for equipment deployment, disposal, and printer maintenance • Apply advanced diagnostic techniques • Provide support to executives • Mentor junior Service Desk staff • Participate in Identity and Access Management activities • Create, test, and document technical configurations • Maintain fixed asset equipment inventories • Provide reporting on Service Desk ticket activity performance • Manage business partner issue escalations • Maintain a positive, customer-centric attitude

Requirements

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent work experience • At least 1 year of professional experience as Computer Support Technician • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills • Prior support experience with Microsoft Office and Windows • Microsoft Office Training Certification (MOUS), A+ Hardware, and Operating Systems certification preferred • Audio Visual support experience preferred • Experience investigating and resolving hardware system vulnerabilities • Experience auditing IT assets • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials • Strong sense of urgency • Knowledge of account auditing activities
