📋 Description

• Execute account strategies across assigned core and growth accounts • Write storyboards and build campaigns for assigned accounts • Build and maintain call, email, and campaign cadences • Execute outbound calls, emails, and campaign activity in-house • Organize execution efforts by region • Maintain account, order, and activity records in Bing Dynamics CRM • Monitor campaign success and report results • Send samples to account sales forces and end customers • Communicate account strategy to internal and external stakeholders • Liaise between Customer Service, National Sales, Production, and Multi-Line Representatives • Track orders and resolve delays or issues • Coordinate account meetings and functions • Co-manage the book of business and support account growth • Flag account risk, opportunity, and order trends • Support SMB accounts in progressing toward large core strategic account status

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered in lieu of a degree • Prior experience as an Account Executive, inside sales representative, or business development support professional • Strong organizational and execution skills • Ability to manage multiple cadences and campaigns across a regional book of accounts • Working knowledge of Bing Dynamics CRM or comparable CRM systems • Strong written communication skills for storyboards, campaigns, and email cadences • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with National Sales, Customer Service, and Multi-Line Representatives • Comfortable in an in-house, phone- and email-based sales execution role • Must be amenable to work on a graveyard shift
