Description

• We are looking for an experienced Client Services Account Manager who can provide ongoing support to our US clients and coordinate with our internal architect team. • Your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. • You will be expected to communicate directly with our clients to help solve any issues and ensure their satisfaction while they have an ongoing contract with us. • A candidate for this role should be an excellent communicator, and team player, and have a problem-solving aptitude. • Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of the human resources function for the Mid-Atlantic Region • Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team

Requirements

• Must Have knowledge of the Architecture and Engineering industry • A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design and related degrees is preferred • 3+ years working in a Client Success / Customer Service role with proven success is required • Excellent verbal english communications skills and ability foster positive business relationships • Succesful account management, customer retention, aftersales and client services background is a PLUS • Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills • Technical background and some familiarity with architectural works e.g. conceptual development, construction drawings, and detailing are a plus • Self driven and proactive nature
