• Lead day-to-day sales operations and grow AfroTech’s sales, revenue operations & commercial strategy • Achieve overall revenue goals and motivate sales team • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand agency relationships • Partner with brands and clients to understand business needs and improve brand values • Identify new revenue opportunities and business lines
• Education: B.A • Required Experience: 10+ years in business development, brand building, people management, and/or revenue growth • Preferred Experience: 5+ years managing mid-level employees • Technologies: Fluent in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Salesforce, Asana, and/or comparable project management suite • Additional Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, ability to set/manage diverse strategic KPIs, strong analytical mind, appreciation of GIFs and Black culture
• Fully remote role • Salary range $175,000 - $200,000
