• Strategize and Lead: Meticulously map the market to plan and lead the execution of efficient and effective strategies for Dantherm's success in the US • Achieve Sales Objectives: Analyze, plan, and review sales objectives to meet ambitious sales goals through a comprehensive plan • Build and Expand Relationships: Establish, develop and grow relationships with customers and distributors throughout the US • Provide Solutions: Understand customer needs and translate them into comprehensive solutions • Promote Dantherm: Serve as a knowledgeable professional, selling the added value and possibilities of Dantherm and managing customized projects in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders • Navigate the Organization: Communicate well on all organization levels and be adept at navigating global organizational dynamics in a rapidly evolving market • A strategic key position in an expanding global organization • A chance to make commercial contributions to the growth of Dantherm in the United States • A dynamic role with a direct impact on expanding our market position in the Humanitarian & Defense market • An attractive compensation package • Remote (based on the US East coast) with travel
• 5-10 years of relevant work with a proven track record in the Humanitarian & Defense industry or similar • A bachelor’s degree in a commercial or technical field • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build a strong, relevant network • Influential and steadfast with high integrity • Familiar with direct sales, rental market and contractors • A hands-on approach with a results- and client-oriented attitude • Self-driven professional with solid experience in product and solution sales • Fluent in English, both verbally and written (Spanish language skills are considered a plus)
