• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for clients • Develop tailored growth plans and ensure customer success metrics • Own the relationship with customer portfolio • Maintain book of business and achieve gross churn and expansion targets • Defly manage escalations, timelines, and priorities • Utilize consultative selling approach • Understand organizational dynamics and decision-making structures within customer organization • Experience leveraging networking tools to expand relationships within customer organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B software/SaaS account management role • Superlative communication and interpersonal skills • Negotiation skills and problem-solving attitude • Ability to manage escalations, timelines, and priorities • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Proven success with clients • Consultative selling approach • Deep understanding of organizational dynamics • Experience leveraging networking tools in customer organizations • Experience working with customer data platforms, digital analytics, personalization/tag management, campaign management, or web-based technologies • Marketing technology or media space experience • Marketing practitioner experience
