Description

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Salesforce Commerce Cloud practice • Stay current with the latest trends and updates in ecommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and digital commerce technologies • Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and team members • Define global project delivery methods and process • Establish and enforce best practices for Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Salesforce Commerce Cloud specialists • Provide guidance on project assignments to deliver high-quality ecommerce solutions • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture • Collaborate with sales and business development teams • Act as a trusted advisor to clients • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering effective ecommerce solutions • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Identify training needs and develop training programs • Lead discovery efforts and gather necessary information • Develop deep knowledge of each client's business • Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements • Maintain expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite • Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects • Lead solution design sessions and architect technical solutions • Preferred qualifications and skills are also listed in the job description

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud • Proven leadership experience • Strong project management skills • Minimum of 5 years working with Salesforce Cloud systems • Minimum of 5 years of direct-to-consumer Salesforce B2C Commerce experience • Agency experience preferred • Salesforce Cloud certifications preferred • Exposure to other Salesforce Industry Cloud capabilities is a plus • Knowledge of integration and headless/composable architecture • Understanding of B2C commerce practices • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Experience managing and upskilling teams • Comfortable working with all levels of an organization
