Description
• Design and implement Ruckus wireless networks based on clients' requirements. • Perform site surveys to assess wireless coverage and identify potential issues. • Configure and troubleshoot Ruckus wireless controllers, access points, and client devices. • Optimize wireless network performance and recommend improvements. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for wireless network issues. • Collaborate with network engineers and other stakeholders to integrate wireless networks with existing infrastructure. • Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and issues. • Stay up-to-date with the latest Ruckus technologies and solutions.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience • Previous experience working with Guestek; preferred • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Network Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Ruckus wireless networks. • Strong knowledge of Ruckus wireless controllers, access points, and client devices. • Experience with wireless network protocols and technologies such as Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax). • Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Relevant certifications such as Ruckus Certified Wireless Engineer (RCWE) are a plus.
