Description

• Develop and execute on paid media strategies tailored to client’s KPIs and objectives • Set up paid media for Influencer campaigns and optimize across all channels • Analyze large sets of data & compile weekly client-facing deliverables • Understand target audience behavior, preferences, and motivations • Focus on driving return on investment (ROI) for paid media campaigns • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development • Ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions • Proficiency in planning and executing A/B tests to optimize campaign performance

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience • 4+ years of experience working across social media platforms • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager • Ability to work under quick deadlines • Highly skilled and proficient in Excel & Google Sheets • Deep understanding of the digital/social media and branded content landscape • Superb project management skills with experience running paid social campaigns • Positive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills • Clear communicator, both written and verbally, with clients and internal teams • Interest or experience in startups
