📋 Description

• Complete detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders to determine position specifications • Review applicants in the applicant tracking system • Build and deploy recruitment marketing campaigns • Source candidates through resume databases, networking sites, Boolean searches, social media, and deep web sourcing • Generate targeted lists of passive candidates and pursue business and internal referrals • Use proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities • Engage talent using phone, email, campaigns, network introductions, and social media • Tailor value propositions to candidates • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide logistical guidance • Provide timely application and interview status updates • Conduct professional phone interviews with role-specific probing • Assess candidate fit against requisition specifications, team fit, and cultural fit • Issue and evaluate skills testing and review background/reference information when required • Maintain candidate engagement and continuously build talent pipelines • Update hiring managers on market changes and search status • Present job offers and drive candidate acceptance • Ensure adherence to OFCCP and other compliance standards • Deliver strong candidate slates and provide regular recruiting activity reports • Identify search difficulties and collaborate with leadership and hiring managers on solutions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High-volume recruiting background is required • Experience recruiting in manufacturing environments, such as machine operators, maintenance, and forklift roles • Experience recruiting for the United States is essential • Fluent English is essential • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered • Minimum of five or more years of results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting • Ability to demonstrate niche segment or industry expertise • Ability to use recruiting technologies to create efficiencies • Ability to adhere to documentation and compliance processes • Experience with deep web sourcing techniques
