Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives • Manage the company website, ensuring it effectively communicates the value proposition and drives conversions • Serve as the business owner of revenue operations and marketing automation tools • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape • Lead and execute a multi-channel content strategy, production process, and editorial calendar for the entire enterprise • Produce marketing collateral, including product case studies, sales presentations, and press releases • Manage, measure, and analyze the success, trends, and insights of all digital marketing channels, including social, email, SEO, and sponsorships • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Clearyst's marketing strategies remain innovative and effective

Requirements

• General experience working for a SaaS startup • Knowledge of sustainability and ESG practices • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role • Experience managing multiple product lines, portfolio or operating companies a plus • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies • Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
