• Driving force behind owning and evolving growth marketing infrastructure at LINQ • Improve time to market, increase ROI, and automate measurability • Acquire and convert to LINQ software • Manage and fine-tune marketing technology and integrations • Streamline campaign workflows and standardized processes • Lead the technical component of paid channels • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize lead management • Ensure compliance with data protection and consumer privacy regulations • Leverage data analytics for optimization and investment decisions • Define, create, and own documentation for marketing automation and operations processes • Own the setup and configuration of third-party integrations

Requirements

• 7-10 years of Marketing Operations experience • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems • Data-driven approach • Understanding of traditional, digital, and emerging marketing channels • Familiarity with ABM and ABM orchestration tools • Familiarity with web content management and website analytics systems • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams • Strong project management skills
