• Strategizing sales propositions • Implementing marketing campaigns • Negotiating contractual agreements to maximize revenue • Continuously adding value for Cre8tive and Cre8tive customers • Foster trust, cooperation, and a culture of excellence within the sales and implementation team • Driving excellence, improving reputation as a manufacturing advice source • Managing sales objectives and creating business opportunities • Promoting Cre8tive's Implementation Framework, products, and services, contributing to growth • Driving change with empathy and leadership, bridging the gap between legacy and future states • Influencing the team to persevere through disruptions and make informed decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, MIS, IS, Education or related) or equivalent experience preferred • 5 plus years of proven and consistent success in selling high-value enterprise software solutions and services such as PLM, EDM, and other manufacturing technologies • Experience creating sales presentations, messages, position statements, and other sales collateral • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level, senior business IT executives or business owners • Ability to travel extensively, 40% for customer engagements
