Description

• Partner and collaborate with leadership team and employees on employee-related matters • Advocate for business strategy, culture, and values • Monitor organizational culture and lead focus groups • Execute strategies, initiatives, and projects aligned with business objectives • Provide guidance, coaching, and counseling to leaders and employees • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies • Serve as a thought partner to business leaders on People strategy • Lead change in organizational hypergrowth and reorganizations • Work on performance management, organizational effectiveness, and talent development • Promote mutual respect, bias towards action, and operational excellence

Requirements

• Passion for people and inclusion • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources/People function • Ability to adapt to and lead change • Effective prioritization and execution skills • Excellent communication skills • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets • Experience with Human Capital Management systems, Oracle HR experience is a plus • Bonus: Experience in Healthcare Tech space
