• Responsible for laying the foundation for the Channel Partnership team • Developing the strategic runway for current and future products • Generating a pipeline and closing new accounts to meet individual and corporate goals • Executing strategic partnership initiatives, optimizing volume and revenue growth within health systems and other key customer channels • Collaborating with internal and external cross-functional teams to develop and lead effective implementation and pull-through plans • Tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer • Leading customer account planning to capitalize on high-impact opportunities • Developing and managing relationships with key partnership stakeholders • Cultivating a culture of ownership, accountability, and engagement within the Channel Partnership team
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of healthcare/biotechnology sales experience, Masters preferred • Cross-functional experience in commercial life sciences or related industries • Prior experience in account management or partnership management • Experience in negotiating contracts with health systems • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial and qualitative targets • Solid understanding of relevant laws, codes, and company policies in the healthcare industry • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, transformative environment
• Must be located in California • Position can be remote with up to 50% travel
