• Drive revenue growth across Hold Co agencies and client brands • Develop and nurture client relationships • Provide customized advertising solutions • Manage sales cycle from qualification to deal closure • Maintain relationships with key decision-makers • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

• 3+ years of digital ad sales experience. Data or Ad Tech experience required. • Experience working with HoldCo agencies • Demonstrable success in programmatic media sales or data sales • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously without daily supervision • Exceptional prospecting, objection handling, and negotiating skills • Commitment to thorough preparation and disciplined organization. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills & presentation skills • Flexible to work remotely or from our New York office, with a willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients. • Adaptable to change and consistently able to deliver exceptional results with limited guidance. • Good time-management, prioritization, and multitasking skills and abilities
