Description

• Project Planning and Execution: Help plan projects, including defining project scope, objectives and deliverables. • Team Leadership: Provide direction and guidance to project teams, motivating them to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results. Assign tasks, help set priorities, and foster a collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and new ideas. • Risk Management: Identify potential risks that may affect project success, and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing contingency plans to minimize disruptions. • Client Relationship Management: Serve as contact for clients, through regular communication and collaboration. Keep clients informed of project progress, address their concerns, and seek opportunities to add value to their business. • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. Conduct regular reviews and quality assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain project quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field • 2-4 years experience as a Project Manager or similar role within a Professional Services organization • 1-3 years experience working with AWS Cloud • PMI Certifications (e.g. CAPM) • Agile certifications (e.g. Scrum Master)
