Description

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies • Set a positive and dynamic sales culture • Establish and refine sales best practices and processes • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting and reporting • Act as a mentor and coach to the sales team • Play an active role in key sales opportunities, negotiations, and strategic partnerships • Lead the sales organization through a structure of managers and directors • Lead and manage remote sales teams effectively • Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration, customer satisfaction, and customer growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field. MBA preferred • Minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience in the health information technology sector, preferably in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems • Proven track record of leading and scaling inside sales teams • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry • Strong analytical skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making

Benefits
