• Seeking a Sales Director responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of Sales Executives • Developing, coaching, and retaining a high performing team of Sales Executives through effective leadership, recruitment, coaching, training, and performance evaluation • Collaborating with senior leadership on business strategy and aligning departmental priorities to company objectives • Ensuring direct reports achieve their individually assigned sales targets on an annual basis • Providing coaching to and removing obstacles for direct reports not meeting targets to improve results • Leading the development of leads and prospects to identify potential new clients • Maintaining connectedness to the industry and reporting relevant information about market conditions, competitor positioning, threats, and opportunities

Requirements

• 10+ years prior experience in sales and/or account management preferable in insurance, BPO or similar industries • 7-10 years’ experience in leading and managing teams of people • 3+ years within the Insurance Industry • Proven record of achieving consensus, buy-in, and effective results with project implementation • Flexible and adaptable; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity, growing environment • Collaborative approach to work with an emphasis on teamwork and whole organization contribution • Proven record of B2B sales success
