Description

• Lead HR efforts to enhance equity, diversity, and inclusion • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices • Steward overall employee experience • Drive people management and recruitment efforts • Provide advice on complex employee and labor relations situations

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant People/Talent/HR experience • Ability to shift between strategic and operational thinking • Track record of embedding equity throughout HR practices • Experience in tactical HR administration • Knowledge of HR compliance laws
