Description

• Ethos is looking for a life insurance professional to join our insurance team • Will lead relationships with key insurance partners for existing products and develop new relationships to drive development and launch of new products and solutions • Work closely with product, actuarial, underwriting, engineering and sales teams to evolve offerings to meet the needs of customers and insurance partners • Unique opportunity to develop the insurance business for a brand that is quickly gaining national attention

Requirements

• Have a bias for action and are comfortable managing partner relationships to achieve the same • Are self-motivated and persistent to drive outcomes • Have deep knowledge of the US life insurance market and products • Have a strong network within the life insurance industry • Have prior experience working with engineering teams to develop technology solutions in the life insurance space • Have excellent written and oral communication skills, including understanding stakeholder needs and communicating credibly and effectively to a variety of different audiences • Are detail-oriented and have strong project management skills • Extensive US life insurance experience • FSA (or similar) preferred • Reinsurance or Life Insurance Consulting background a plus
