Description

• Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, the Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing payor relationships • Your proactive approach will identify gaps of care and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Talkspace services • Through captivating presentations and product demonstrations, you will effectively convey the value of Talkspace offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) • Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or a similar role • Strong negotiation and presentation skills to effectively convey the value of Talkspace services • Understanding of mental health and wellness industry trends and challenges is advantageous • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting (we use Salesforce)
