• Experience with managing and developing a high-performing team of technical resources, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry • Deep EHR integration and workflow knowledge • Understanding of various healthcare workflows • Demonstrated experience with expanding customers and building franchises • Ability to proactively identify new solutions, scopes, and processes for customers • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Inspire a culture of innovation, execution, collaboration, accountability, positivity and fun • Proficiency in GSuite required; Jira/Confluence and Salesforce preferred
