• Address customer queries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and solutions. • Utilize internal tools/systems to track project progress and manage submissions. • Assess project submissions to ensure compliance with internal standards and specifications. • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and queries. • Open CAD files and floor plans as requested by customers, demonstrating proficiency in architectural terminology. • Learn and adhere to internal policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols (SOPs). • Provide support to customers across the Asia-Pacific region, managing a moderate volume of inquiries.
• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required. • Excellent command of English with strong communication skills. • Ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. • Pleasant demeanor with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. • Proficiency in using internal tools/systems to track projects and manage submissions. • Willingness to learn and adhere to internal policies and SOPs. • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
