• Manage customer inquiries and support requests received through Intercom CRM. • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and/or phone calls. • Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues and concerns. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support. • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
• 3 - 5 years of proven experience in customer service management or a related field. • Proficient in both written and verbal English. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Intercom and/or Zendesk. • Experience working in a remote or virtual customer service role.
