• Ensure accuracy of all HR Admin files (electronic) and records, supporting logistics and system changes for employee transitions (new hires, promotions, offboarding) • Assist employee with general HR inquiries - anything related to payroll, benefits, systems issues, questions about processes and policies, etc, and escalate to the appropriate HR team member as necessary • Own our people operations processes throughout the employment lifecycle including onboarding, internal transfer, promotions, relocation requests, and offboarding • Analyze processes to ensure efficiency within people operations and HR, as well as in conjunction with business leaders and departments • Support data integrity of HR systems to ensure that employee data updates are completed in an accurate and timely manner, including audits and ad-hoc data requests • Support benefits administration and open enrollment process; manage our platform and support setting it up • Create or update written documentation and resources, including policies, training materials, and fun initiatives for employees • Support other initiatives within People & Culture, which may include Performance Management process, compensation projects, cross-departmental initiatives, employee recognition • Build great relationships and collaborate with others on our team and across the company
• Minimum 2 years experience working in a Human Resources function • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience working with highly confidential information • Strong ability to efficiently organize and track projects and tasks; strong work ethic and ability to follow through; self-starter • Incredibly detail-oriented; able to input data accurately and track all tasks to completion • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; able to assist in drafting learning aides and HR policies as needed • Passion for leveraging systems and technology to improve the employee experience • Curiosity and excitement for multiple areas of Employee Experience/ Human Resources • Strong competence in Excel, Word, G Suite; competent in a variety of technology platforms; excellent attention to detail; fast and accurate typing skills • Strong design skills for creating and updating presentations (PPT) or learning aids (Word, G Suite) • Curious, humble, excited to learn and contribute in a team environment
