• The ADHR will be the go-to resource for staff for all things HR-related • Develop and implement staffing strategy for Indivisible • Serve as the chief architect and strategist for the Performance Management process • Be the initial responder to Step 1 grievances and defend Indivisible’s position in grievance meetings • Have a strong customer-service orientation, respect for employee confidentiality, and a keen eye for systems and processes to build out, update, and sustain HR services • Have a clear commitment to equity and inclusion in all HR functions
• At least seven years of progressively responsible Human Resources or related experience • Demonstrated employee relations experience to include conducting internal investigations • Demonstrated staffing/recruitment experience to include experience with applicant tracking systems • Demonstrated experience with human resources information systems (HRIS) • Experience with internal customer service
