Description

• Provide technical support for system upgrades, technical refreshes, or new builds • Provide critical incident response & problem management including root cause analysis • Respond to and troubleshoot Windows systems in a fast-paced environment • Assist with Disaster Recovery recommendations/support • Assist with Operations and Maintenance duties of backups, application maintenance, and OS patching • Provide technical support to end-user issues regarding desktop problems and server administration • Develop detailed documentation for OS and COTS product deployment, configuration, upgrading, and maintenance

Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance required • Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience or 5+ years of prior relevant experience • 3-4 years of design, development, integration, implementation, operation, and analysis of cyber security technologies • 3-4 years administering network appliances, security appliances, Windows, or Linux devices • Experience with translating older systems to the Cloud • Experience in AWS Cloud, Microservices, Containers (Ansible), Linux, CICS, zOS/Storage, DB2
