• Reporting to a Manager, Customer Support, the Customer Success Representative will work directly with other teams and stakeholders to ensure our users receive the best experience possible • Respond to questions and requests from new and existing customers via phone, live chat, and email • Participate in on-boarding new users, support current customers, host webinars, reach out for feedback, and maintain documentation • Build a knowledge base of FAQ’s and document all feedback and recommendations from customers • Be a liaison for customer feedback to product and technical teams
