• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior attorneys. • Prepare, proofread, and organize legal documents, correspondence, and reports. • Assist in travel arrangements and itinerary planning. • Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and external parties to facilitate smooth communication. • Coordinate and support special projects and law firm events. • Maintain confidential client and firm information with utmost discretion. • Support billing and invoicing processes as required. • Assist with case management and filing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred. • Proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably within a law firm setting. • Strong understanding of legal terminology and office procedures. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems. • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities. • Ability to work remotely and align with US business hours.
