• Provide support to customers utilizing Shippo's web application, API, and store integrations • Assist in communicating product features and functionality to current and prospective customers • Troubleshoot technical issues and file bugs as necessary • Research, diagnose, and resolve carrier errors • Maintain support documentation • Collaborate with remote team members across multiple time zones and channels
• Bachelor’s Degree • 2+ years of direct customer-facing experience, primarily via written communication in English • 2+ years of experience with tools such as Google Apps and Slack • Impeccable writing skills • Ability to work cross-functionally • Advanced/Fluent English proficiency
