• Database Development: Proactively enhance and maintain the client database to support sales initiatives. • Outbound Calls: Make 70-100 calls daily to potential clients to create awareness and interest in our products and services. • Appointment Setting: Efficiently manage and schedule appointments with potential clients to discuss their furniture and design needs with an Account Executive. • Awareness Creation: Promote our product portfolio through persuasive communication, highlighting the unique benefits and features of our offerings. • Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance outreach effectiveness. • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales activities and outcomes to ensure targets are met.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven success in a sales development role, preferably in the furniture and design industry. • High school diploma required; college degree added plus but not required. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. • High level of English proficiency. • Passionate about furniture and design, driven to succeed and exceed sales targets.
