Description

• Lead the Federal Sales Team within HackerOne • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue within Civilian, DoD and Intel agencies • Report to the Vice President of Sales • Oversee operating/strategic plans for customer acquisition and revenue growth • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of federal sales and business development professionals • Identify and develop key partners and channels to increase opportunities and drive revenue • Track sales metrics and measure success • Impact overall success of Federal Sales team

Requirements

• 5-7 years of US Federal sales management experience • Ability to manage strong sales process • Demonstrated success in high-velocity sales environment • Understanding of new technologies and value propositions • Experience in leading virtual sales teams • Intellectually curious with customer mindset • Ability to thrive in ambiguity • Strong communication skills • Evidence of over-achievement in past experiences • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Competency with Salesforce, Google Apps, MS Office • Remote work capabilities • Background check required
