Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role within the creative industry • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, to engage with clients, freelancers, and agencies • Strong appreciation for design and a talent for coming up with creative ideas • Enjoyment of sales activities and skill in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities • Capacity to establish and maintain relationships with clients and creative partners • Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects at once • Problem-solving skills to effectively address challenges as they arise • Negotiation skills for managing contracts and project terms • Adaptability to accommodate changing client needs and industry trends • Familiarity with design software and collaboration tools such as Notion, Slack, Airtable, and Google Workspace
