• Consulting and coordinating people across multiple internal and external teams for smooth planning, execution, and implementation of setup solutions • Drive long-term product adoption by making proactive recommendations • Manage several complex customer engagements simultaneously • Represent Brandwatch in client-facing meetings by presenting to users and key stakeholders • Build exposure internally and externally (events)

Requirements

• Prior experience with software onboarding or customer-facing roles • Ability to adapt quickly to new software and changing business requirements • Ability to use data to analyze results and make data-driven decisions • Experience working in a deadline-driven environment • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly • Proven experience in social media marketing and/or management
