•Understand Joffe’s suite of products and services and the impact that we provide to our clients. •Assessing costs, competitor pricing and ROI to determine product price positioning. •Define a clear and compelling annual plan, drive a culture of strong accountability & execution, orientation towards developing new customer accounts and expanding existing ones. •Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products and services. •Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives. •Achieve quarterly and annual pipeline targets. •Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports. Leverage data to identify areas of focus and improvement. •Working with existing and potential customers to better understand their business needs and goals and translating that into a value proposition story of why we are the best market choice. •Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty and long term account value. •Define critical drivers of success and design playbooks, career paths, and appropriate measurements for the sales organization. •Meeting with internal and external sales representatives to assess performance against sales plans and making timely adjustments to correct at-risk targets. •Continue growing and managing a team, developing the next generation of talent at Joffe, and recruit & build a balanced and diverse team. •Establishing a sales training program to train new employees. •Drive Cross-functional engagement with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product. •Frequent knowledge sharing with organizational peers to ensure we are always learning.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional development in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field. •A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role including coaching, mentoring and scaling teams in all aspects of the sales process. •Consultative sales skills and ability to construct and articulate strong business case and strategic account planning and execution skills. •Excellent operational/analytical skills - reporting, forecasting, data analysis skills; operations management experience. You appreciate structure and process and are data-driven. •Strong innovation skills - you will think of innovative ways to boost sales conversion rates and drive revenue. •In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices. •Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines. •Excellent negotiation and leadership skills. •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. This role will require consistent communication with leaders across the organization. •Experience selling to educational institution administrators and/or event venue management is highly desirable. •The desire to lead, coach, motivate and develop others around you.
