Description

• Lead the onboarding squad with strategic planning and execution • Drive adoption of software engineering best practices • Own and lead technical implementation and architecture of scalable initiatives • Champion maintenance of codebase and platform reliability • Foster a collaborative and inclusive squad environment • Lead and mentor engineers in career development • Establish and monitor KPIs for software quality and productivity • Engage with product, design, marketing, and executive stakeholders • Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders • Participate in incident response as part of the on-call rotation

Requirements

• 5+ years experience building distributed systems at scale • 2+ years owning and delivering complex initiatives • Ability to make sound decisions in design and implementation • Strong communication skills • Deep partnership with product, design, and marketing teams • Ability to lead large initiatives and roadmaps • Operate effectively in decision-making and risk analysis • Balance of technical and leadership skills • Ability to set strategy for evolving systems
