Description

• The Senior Program Manager, Data and Analytics will report to the Head of Product and be responsible for optimizing our data infrastructure to support business needs, driving the business reporting process and leading analytics initiatives to drive business insights and strategic decision-making. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills and a keen understanding of business operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience performing the role of Program Manager, Product Manager, Business Analyst or equivalent • Proven experience in business operations, reporting, data warehousing and analytics • Proficiency in data management tools, technologies and business intelligence systems such as AWS, SQL and Tableau • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business results through data-driven insights and initiatives • Passionate about data and analytics as a lever to improve business performance • Effective at driving complex multi-stakeholder processes and cross team programs • Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills for a global audience • Strong business acumen, analytical and detail oriented • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred • Due to this role’s involvement in GovCloud, all applicants must be a US Person
