Description

• Join an elite team of highly skilled Support Engineers and Sales Engineers, to play a key role in the company’s post sale technical assistance and customer experience • This position is responsible for performing technical support for clients and providing resolution analysis on various technical issues • The Systems Support Engineer works closely with Keeper’s business customers and must possess the ability to communicate technical information to users with a varying level of technical experience • Have a customer service mindset and enjoy responding to email, phone, and live chat requests from Keeper customers • Can effectively communicate to customers in both French and English through writing and speaking • Thrive in a training centric environment helping Keeper’s end users learn our suite of products • Are excited to work in a fast-paced environment • Love being “camera ready” to meet our customers over video • Enjoy solving problems and can easily prioritize tasks • Excel at communication (esp. in technical mindset) and documentations • Bring a “nothing is impossible” mindset but know when to ask for help from the team

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in IT management and System Administration • Full fluency in French and English • Hands on experience with Mac OSX, Windows & Linux administration and troubleshooting • Experience setting up and configuring Single Sign On (SSO) environments • Experience setting up and configuring Active Directory • Advanced knowledge in Firewalls, AD environments, DNS Servers, Authentication protocols, LDAP • Excellent command of Linux Shell and PowerShell • In depth knowledge of prem/cloud/hybrid environments
