Description
• Support financial operations by auditing, monitoring accounts, and maintaining records. • Assist with ledger maintenance, financial statement prep, audits, expense management, and regulatory compliance. • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance within the company processes and regulations. • Conduct audit checks on company assets • Assist in general ledger maintenance, bank statement reconciliation, and journal entry recording. • Support financial statement preparation and compile reports for management review. • Prepare analysis of budget vs actual variances • Review and reconcile filing of Quarterly VAT returns • Prepare documentary requirements and process VAT refund claim. • Ensure compliance with PEZA/BIR/SEC/BOI • Assist in year-end audit by providing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries. • Assist in drafting policies and processes to ensure efficient workflow. • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and prepare ad-hoc reports as needed. • Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. • At least 4 years of experience in Regulatory reporting and compliance (PEZA, BIR, SEC, BOI) • Knowledgeable in payroll processing. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
