Description

• Oversee and coordinate projects within the Client Experience organization reporting to the Senior Director of CX Operations. • Ensure project completion efficiency, on time, and within budget. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor project activities. • Communicate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery. • Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field • Proven experience in project management coordinating complex projects. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work under pressure. • Experience in project management software such as Wrike, Asana, Jira. • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus but not required.
