Description

• EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, statistics, or a related field • EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field • Strong interest in leveraging technology, tools, and process improvements to develop innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement. • Exceptional analytical skills to extrapolate patterns in new or unfamiliar datasets and the ability to develop insights and draw conclusions beyond what is readily apparent. • Understanding of financial analysis principles and proficiency in financial modeling in Microsoft Excel to assess revenue trends, forecast performance, and evaluate the financial impact of business decisions. • Experience architecting, maintaining, and improving key tools in the revenue tech stack – Marketo, Salesforce, CPQ, Gong, and NetSuite • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI preferred) to create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations for reporting on key revenue metrics and performance indicators. • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and senior management, both verbally and in writing, to convey complex ideas and information clearly and concisely. • Proven ability to inspire and motivate team members, set clear expectations, provide guidance, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity to support business operations and decision-making. • Lead and mentor a team of revenue operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive performance and professional development. • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue operations and real estate. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to drive business growth.
