Description

• As the Sr. Revenue Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the financial success of our organization through strategic planning, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue, you will lead initiatives to optimize sales operations, forecast accurately, and maximize revenue generation across all channels. • Utilize advanced analytical skills and tools such as Excel and Salesforce to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. • Lead forecasting efforts by leveraging historical data, market trends, and business priorities to guide revenue targets and growth strategies. • Design and implement sales commission and compensation structures that align with business goals and drive performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive territory planning, quota setting, and TAM analysis to optimize market penetration and revenue potential. • Conduct capacity planning exercises to ensure optimal productivity and resource allocation within sales and revenue teams. • Analyze pipeline generation from marketing efforts versus sales contributions, identifying areas for improvement and alignment with revenue targets. • Define and track KPIs related to revenue performance, sales operations efficiency, and customer acquisition metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred • 7+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS company • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Excel or Google Sheets for data modeling and analysis; Tableau experience is a plus • Proven track record of leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic decisions and improve business outcomes • Strong understanding of sales commission structures, territory planning, and TAM analysis • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple stakeholders to drive consensus and decisions.
