• Oversee operations for the Customer Success organization • Manage Support, Onboarding, Customer Success Management, Professional Services, and Managed Services • Establish and optimize CS KPIs • Drive planning and management reporting/analysis • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Analyze data and trends • Manage tech systems like Salesforce, Outreach.io, Totango, Zendesk • Lead Revenue Operations team • Participate in strategic decision-making to fuel company growth

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in SaaS Customer Success Strategy and/or Operations • 5-7 years of progressive experience in SaaS operations • Salesforce expertise • Experience with Customer Success and Support platforms like Totango and Zendesk • Strong quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills • Exceptional project management abilities • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong business acumen • Proficiency in SaaS tools like Salesforce • Detail-oriented and organized • Passion for continuous improvement and experimentation • Bachelor’s degree preferred
