📋 Description

• Independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process for new positions • Create job postings • Source candidates and conduct interviews • Ensure a positive candidate experience • Support and guide Hiring Managers throughout the application process with a focus on successful outcomes • Develop target-group-specific active sourcing strategies • Analyze relevant recruiting metrics • Continuously optimize the candidate journey, application funnel, and recruiting KPIs • Use AI tools to optimize workflows and internal recruiting tasks • Act as a point of contact for Hiring Managers • Support employer branding initiatives • Work as part of the People & Culture team alongside two recruiting peers, reporting to the Head of People

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience in operational recruiting, including active sourcing • Strong active sourcing skills, for example using LinkedIn Recruiter • Experience using AI tools for sourcing, interview preparation, and creating job postings • Initial experience measuring and working with relevant recruiting KPIs • Proficiency with a commonly used ATS, ideally Personio • German at least at C1 level • English ideally at B2 level or above
