📋 Description

• Independently fill new positions end-to-end • Create job postings • Source candidates and conduct interviews • Ensure a positive candidate experience • Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process with a results-oriented approach • Develop target-group-specific active sourcing strategies • Identify and attract suitable talent • Analyze recruiting metrics • Continuously optimize the candidate journey, application funnel, and recruiting KPIs • Use AI tools to optimize interview preparation, job postings, and internal recruiting tasks • Serve as a point of contact for hiring managers • Support employer branding initiatives • Work as part of the People & Culture team alongside two recruiting peers and report to the Head of People

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience in operational recruiting, including active sourcing • Strong active sourcing skills, for example using LinkedIn Recruiter • Hands-on experience using AI tools for sourcing, interview preparation, and job postings • Initial experience measuring and managing relevant recruiting KPIs • Confident using a common ATS, ideally Personio • German proficiency at least at C1 level • English proficiency ideally at B2 level or above
