• Responsible for managing own territory’s green grass book of business, customer relationships, and all aspects of the sales process • Develop and strengthen relationships with partners through consistent communication and interaction • Complete product training for in-season and pre-book lines • Assist accounts with visual merchandising and inventory management • Manage regional trade shows and events within the territory • Prospecting and opening new accounts to support sales growth • Present opportunities for soft shops or fixtures and tournament opportunities • Maintain clear visibility of business performance and provide supervisor regular reporting • Drive and execute sales in the territory
• Bachelor’s degree with experience in golf, retail, or sales • Existing key relationships with golf buyers in Florida • Required to live in Florida • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented, extremely well-organized with strong time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience with online Google products (Forms and Docs) is a plus
