Description

• Writing clear, consistent, and cohesive in-product copy (flows, interface language, information architecture, terminology, and more) • Crafting UX writing resources and practices to help everyone write and work more efficiently • Applying systems thinking to the product, whether it’s defining extensible messaging patterns or conducting audits of existing experiences • Working across the studio with other designers and creatives to develop, refine, and iterate on new and existing experiences • Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ship high-quality work on time • Seeking feedback on your work and building consensus with partners and stakeholders on content recommendations • Additional duties as assigned by your manager

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience • An act-like-an-owner mentality. We have a bias toward taking action. • Excellent writing and editing skills • A track record of going beyond words to shape interaction design and overall UX • Demonstrated experience building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional partners and stakeholders • Proven ability balancing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments
