Description

• We are seeking a results-driven and collaborative Digital Marketing Lead to lead our campaigns and email marketing initiatives. • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, social media, and content marketing. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives with overall business goals. • Lead the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and automation. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports with actionable insights. • Develop and optimize customer journey maps, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience across all touchpoints. • Manage the budget for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI. • Remote is acceptable, but we prefer NY Metro (able to commute to NYC if needed) or Troy, MI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Lead or equivalent role with a focus on campaign management and email marketing. • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, social media, and content marketing. • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) and marketing automation tools. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus. • Must love cars!
